    DESCRIPTION

    AFS Experimental Gill Net

    The American Fisheries Society monofilament experimental gill net is made to their specifications. Measuring 80 Long x 6 Deep, they feature eight 10 Length Panels with the following Netting Panel Order (all square measurements): 1-1/2 #104, 2-1/4 #139, 1 #69, 1-3/4 #104 , 3/4 #69, 2-1/2 #139, 1-1/4 #69, 2 #104. Netting splices are woven together using #9 twine. Hung with #9 twine to 3/8 Foam Core Rope and #30 Leadline.
